Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Northeast El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced PAs, offering the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved communities in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

• Work Schedule:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM5 PM (12 PM1 PM lunch).
• Wednesday: 7 AM7 PM (12 PM1 PM lunch).
• Friday: 8 AM1 PM.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Physician Assistant.
• Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in primary care or community health is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical procedures, and diagnostic tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, and adaptability. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and gather medical information.
• Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses.
• Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment.
• Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home.
• Document and update patient records.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
