Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to collaborate with physicians in delivering comprehensive healthcare services. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, performing medical procedures, and promoting preventive care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Current New Mexico PA license.
• Experience: Clinical experience in diagnosis, treatment, and procedural support preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications.
• Experience assisting in surgeries and performing medical procedures.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
• Compassionate patient care and effective health education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient examinations, take medical histories, and diagnose illnesses/injuries.
• Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in surgical procedures and perform minor medical interventions.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure coordinated care.
