Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. This role involves developing tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patients' mental and emotional well-being in diverse clinical settings located in, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, NM.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure: Active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience: 13 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Soft Skills:
• Empathy, cultural competence, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Analytical problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnose disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse populations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical standards.
