About the Role: We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic?Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)?to join our fun, supportive team at our Aurora clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

• Schedule:?Full-time
• Workdays:?Monday?Friday
• Optional Saturdays:?8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM
• 4?10s schedule available?for full-time team members
Session Requirements
• Monday?Thursday:?Availability for 10 ? 30-minute sessions per day
• Friday:?Availability for 8 ? 30-minute sessions
Clinic Hours
• Monday?Thursday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM ? 2:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met
Compensation
• $60,000 ? $104,000 per year plus $10,000 sign on bonus for Full-time
What You'll Do
• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0?21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Requirements
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree
• Active Colorado (DORA) Physical Therapy license
• A genuine passion for working with children of all ages, diagnoses, and abilities
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care
• Experience working with pediatric patients (clinical rotations or professional experience)
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position pediatric patients safely
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum of 1?2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience
• Experience in one or more settings: outpatient pediatrics, home health, early intervention, or school-based therapy
• Knowledge of pediatric development, motor milestones, and age-appropriate interventions
• Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations
