We are excited to welcome a dedicated Physical Therapist to our orthopedic outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients overcome physical limitations and lead a more independent life.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients? mobility and functional abilities.
• Develop customized treatment plans to help patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Apply manual therapy and other specialized techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Strong skills in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems (WebPT).

Qualification

Master's Degree
