Physical Therapist

Full-Time Physical TherapistEmpowering Patients to Achieve Their Full Potential

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey toward restoring mobility and achieving optimal function. This role is key to helping clients reach their highest potential in movement through a comprehensive approach to care, encompassing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)
• Patient Load: 2-3 patients per hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients? physical health, mobility, and functional limitations.
• Design individualized rehabilitation programs based on patient needs.
• Lead patients through exercises aimed at strengthening, balancing, and restoring movement.
• Apply manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve physical function.
• Track progress, update treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Utilize EMR systems (e.g., WebPT) to maintain patient records and treatment plans.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist; new graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and EMR systems like WebPT.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
