Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapistto join our skilled nursing facility at Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Marysville, CA. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their motion and help them achieve their personal best in functionality. It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting.

Salary: $95,000-$115,000/year with full benefits.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume:1- 2 patients per hour

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient's specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
