We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, each with their unique challenges. You'll help them rebuild strength, restore movement, and regain their independence through personalized care.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 annually
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical abilities and limitations.
• Create and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on patient assessments.
• Use a combination of hands-on techniques and exercise programs to restore movement and alleviate pain.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded treatment approach.
• Keep detailed patient records and track progress through EMR systems (WebPT).

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
• Experience with manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems.
