We're searching for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. As a key member of our team, you'll work with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs, guiding them through their recovery journey. • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with full benefits
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 9 AM - 5 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)
• Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Your Role:

• Perform in-depth evaluations of patients? physical abilities and limitations to create individualized care plans.
• Guide patients through tailored exercises and therapeutic interventions to rebuild strength and restore function.
• Use hands-on therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in manual therapy and experience with EMR systems.
