Position Details:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
• Schedule: M-F 4 days for 10 hour shift/3 days? work 12-13 hours shift/M-F or early hours in 7am in the morning 9-5pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients? rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and strength.
• Provide hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and foster long-term healing.
• Regularly monitor and adjust plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver personalized care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• Clinical experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Expertise in manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, such as WebPT.
