Position Title: Physical Therapist ? Outpatient Rehab Clinic Location: Chandler, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday?Friday Setting: Onsite | Single Clinic Location | No Travel Compensation: $85,000 ? $100,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

• Perform detailed patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Supervise and mentor PTAs to maintain consistency in care delivery
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 13 patient visits per day
• Educate patients and caregivers on goals, progress, and at-home programs
• Adapt treatment plans to ensure ongoing patient improvement
• Accurately document all visits in the EMR system in a timely manner
• Collaborate with referring providers and contribute to clinical meetings
• Stay compliant with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirements

• Active or pending Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a patient-centered approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience
• Interest in leadership and PTA mentorship
