Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a per-diem opportunity at a dynamic rehabilitation facility in Roanoke, VA . This is a fantastic role for a skilled PT looking to maintain flexibility while making a meaningful impact in patient recovery and mobility.

Position Details:

• Location: Roanoke, VA
• Employment Type: Per-Diem
• Schedule: One day per week, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $51.55/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Track and report on patient progress using electronic health systems

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current PT license in the state of Virginia
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a rehab or clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
