Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $60,000 $70,000 per year

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our patient-focused orthopedic outpatient team in Missouri. As a PTA, you'll play a crucial role in helping patients restore strength, mobility, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Carry out treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education
• Monitor and document patient progress and report back to the PT
• Encourage, motivate, and support patients throughout their rehab journey
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and assist with patient flow

Requirements

• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current Missouri PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and work independently
• New grads are welcomementorship and training provided
