Role Overview This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role with remote, hybrid, or on-site flexibility. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and managing an existing book of personal insurance business, building long-term client relationships, and supporting retention and account growth. You will collaborate closely with producers and the service team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the agency. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with strong attention to detail
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities
• Prepare renewal proposals and remarket accounts when necessary to ensure competitive coverage and pricing
• Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and adhere to compliance guidelines
• Partner with producers and team members to support client retention, cross sell efforts, and overall client satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance Account Management experience required
• Must be located in the New England region or within a two-hour commute from Oxford, CT
• Strong professionalism and ethical standards

• Base Salary starting at $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience
