Personal Injury Legal Assistant

We are searching for a Personal Injury Legal Assistant . This person will be working in the Pre-Litigation department providing administrative assistance and support to Case Managers. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the retrieval of important legal documents from medical providers.
• Ensure organization of case files.
• Keep track of important calendar deadlines and provide timely reminders and updates to relevant personnel.
• Draft and send correspondence letters.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise documents.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 / hr
