We're seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department. In this role, you'll be representing clients in auto accidents, premises liability, and various other injury-related claims. You'll have the opportunity to manage all facets of litigation while working alongside a passionate and committed legal team.

• Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Prepare and review case-related documents, from correspondence to settlement demands.
• Offer expert legal counsel to clients, guiding them through strategic approaches and potential outcomes.
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff, ensuring teamwork and excellence.
• Devise customized case strategies aimed at optimizing client recovery.

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
