Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join their team. As an intake specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and providing a high level of customer service. You'll work with prospective clients to determine eligibility and potential the value of their cases, while also making sure they feel comfortable with the firm and understand what services we can provide. The Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is a plaintiff's personal injury law firm with a nationwide outreach. Our attorneys are dedicated to protecting the rights of those who have suffered severe injuries and whose lives have been forever changed due to the negligence of others. As a remote Personal Injury Intake Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the top rated law firms in the country, and make a difference in the lives of those who have been wronged.

• Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer service
• Conduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary information
• Complete client intake forms and manage client communication
• Use empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal process
• Demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
• Effectively communicate the services offered by the law firm to individual clients
• Work with case management software and other computer programs to manage client information

Requirements

• High school diploma required, an associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working in a customer service or call center setting
• Prior experience working in a law firm or other legal setting is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and connect with clients who may be in a stressful or traumatic situation
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain focus and accuracy when multitasking
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely.

Salary

Annual Salary from $32,500 to $45,000
