Job Description

The Law Collective, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the complexities of personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolution. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services while ensuring that our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will work closely with attorneys, doctors, clients, and other stakeholders to manage case files, monitor progress, and facilitate communication to case resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns throughout the case process.
Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation for each case.
Assist attorneys in preparing case summaries, demands, and other legal documents as needed.
Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely progress and compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct research on legal issues and keep abreast of changes in personal injury law that may affect cases.
Liaise with insurance companies, medical providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate case development.

Requirements

Equivalent work experience preferred.
Proven experience in case management or legal support, particularly in personal injury law.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in case file management.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
