Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 per year + benefits (401k & health insurance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support, focusing primarily on personal tasks (80%) and business-related tasks (20%). This role requires someone who is reliable, discreet, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support (80%)

  • Manage personal errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Oversee household organization, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with service providers.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Handle personal scheduling, including family appointments, events, and reminders.
  • Assist with meal planning, reservations, and occasional grocery shopping.
  • Manage online orders, returns, and other logistical tasks.
  • Run miscellaneous errands as needed to ensure a smooth daily routine.

Business Support (20%)

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
  • Organize documents, emails, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate minor research projects and handle small business-related errands.
  • Support event planning for business and personal occasions.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, scheduling apps, and communication tools.
  • Professional and discreet, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and handle last-minute changes with ease.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car for running errands.
