We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester who can help us assess and enhance the performance of our applications. In this role, you will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure that our software performs optimally under different conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance tests to analyze system stability and scalability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Utilize industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software architectures and performance requirements.
• Generate detailed test reports outlining findings, issues, and recommendations.
• Monitor performance in production environments to proactively address potential issues.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Java or Python.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
