    You will:
    • Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings
    • Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines
    • Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts
    • Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies
    • Co-treat with speech therapists
    • Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully
    • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
    • Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care

      • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
      • Active North Carolina OT License
      • Ability to work independently in community settings
      Preferred Qualifications
      • One year of pediatric experience
      • Experience in pediatric settings
      • Experience with sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delays
      • Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling systems
