Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of test properties, ensuring they meet financial and operational goals.
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets for each property, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, addressing concerns and inquiries here.
- Analyze financial data to generate performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to property management and accounting practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and optimize property management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role with a focus on accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, tenants, and team members.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
