You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, conducting property inspections, and ensuring that all properties comply with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of test properties, ensuring they meet financial and operational goals.
  • Prepare and oversee annual budgets for each property, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, addressing concerns and inquiries here.
  • Analyze financial data to generate performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to property management and accounting practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and optimize property management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role with a focus on accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, tenants, and team members.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
