Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Pay Range:
$55,000
What's the Job?
Perform all payroll related functions for multi-state, multi-company payroll using PeopleSoft and Workday software.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Audit incoming paperwork for authorized approvals and verify accuracy of local office data entry.
Input off-cycle payments as necessary and support local office Payroll and HR departments.
Maintain payroll files and furnish payroll information as required to internal and external sources.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience processing payroll for 5000+ employees in multiple states.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
