Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a PatentAgent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & LitigationPractice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in any office. Qualifications Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Ideal candidates will have experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, memory devices, and/or semiconductors devices or have technical training or experience in these areas. The national average salary range for the Technical Advisor role is $80,000-$105,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
