Patent Litigation Associate

Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice group in the firm?s Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. This role requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships in a team-oriented culture. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice in Minnesota. Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus, but not required. Thompson Hine is on the move and has recently expanded its national footprint to Los Angeles and Minneapolis - come and join us! The estimated Minneapolis Salary Range is $200,000 - $235,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
