This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge cases involving a variety of technical fields, including biology, chemistry, physical sciences, and engineering. Candidates may sit in either New York or Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on complex patent litigation cases across a range of industries
Develop strategies and provide legal counsel for high-stakes intellectual property matters

Key Qualifications:

Midlevel associate with prior patent litigation experience in a law firm setting
