We're seeking a highly motivated Patent Agent with a strong background in chemistry or molecular biology to join our growing Intellectual Property practice. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with attorneys, clients, and inventors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for innovation and experience in prosecuting patents in the therapeutics space, we?d love to hear from you. As a key member of our IP team, you'll support biotech and pharmaceutical clients by preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, performing strategic portfolio analysis, and advising on patentability, infringement, and freedom-to-operate issues. Responsibilities include: Drafting high-quality patent applications and responding to USPTO office actions Minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience in the therapeutics space Competitive compensation with an approximate range of $180,000 ? $210,000+
