• Collaborate and mentor inventors and assist with documenting inventions.
• Engage in hands on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
• Contribute to patent portfolio strategies and providing technical and legal research and analysis.

• Active registration of the USPTO with a successful and demonstrable track record.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering degrees.
• Three or more years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Excellent administrative, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Prior engineering experience.

• Competitive compensation range: $80,000 - $130,000 / year (California).
