Austin, New York, or Washington, D.C. Haynes Boone is seeking a Patent Agent with 2-3 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate should have at least a BS in computer science background and coursework at graduate or undergraduate level in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, and/or bioinformatics. Advanced degree with a focus in artificial intelligence is preferred. Prior technical experience at an AI company or startup is helpful. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $110,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
