Job Description
Saul Ewing is seeking an exceptional Patent Agent to join our intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a Patent Agent drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions, and conducting prior art searches in the fields of electrical/mechanical engineering, medical devices, and artificial intelligence (A.I.) ? expertise in bioengineering, computer science, and related fields a plus. An undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, bioengineering, or computer science is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. This position is open to any of Saul Ewing?s offices. The anticipated pay range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000. Associate attorney candidates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
