Parts & Accessory Specialist

Pete's RV Center is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts & Accessory Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for assisting customers with their parts and accessory needs, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Your knowledge and ability to communicate effectively will help customers find exactly what they require.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers to provide assistance and recommendations for RV parts and accessories.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling cash.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist in stocking and displaying products in an appealing manner.
• Utilize catalog resources and online systems to look up parts and accessories for customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure the timely availability of parts for service work.
• Follow up with customers on special orders and ensure they are promptly informed of any updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive sales and achieve store goals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on product knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented mindset for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
• Prior experience in retail or automotive parts sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers, point-of-sale systems, and basic math skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
