Partner - Corporate Transactional/Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Law Firms?, Firms,? is seeking a Partner Partner-level Attorney with a minimum of 12 years of experience to join our expanding real estate, corporate, Real Estate, Corporate, and transactional practice. The candidate would be joining Transactional practice in our Torrance, CA office. Candidates must have general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including school. Admitted to the CA Bar. Extensive experience with mergers commercial, corporate and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Real real estate contract drafting, review, transactions. Superior academic credentials and contract negotiation experience is required. Candidates must be self-starters excellent writing and comfortable and capable of interfacing directly with high-net-worth clients and large and/or sophisticated business clients, performing due diligence investigations, and handling all other requirements related to a typical commercial/corporate/real estate transaction up to and through closing. **KD strongly supports a flexible work-life balance approach to the practice of law, including options for reduced billable hourly requirement.
