Preti Flaherty, one of New England?s largest law firms with offices in ME, NH, MA, and Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the firm?s dynamic and growing Trust and Estates practice group. This hybrid position is based in our Concord, NH and offers an engaging roster of work in Trust and Estates on behalf of Preti?s regional and national clients. The ideal candidate should have a brought base of experience handling probate and trust administrations including probate accounting and preparation of Federal state tax returns (Form 706). Familiarity with Probate Court rules and procedures is required. Education and Experience Required 5+ years of Trust and Estates paralegal experience and should be able to work independently. Attention to detail, problem solving, proofreading and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
