REPORTS TO: Chair of Energy Group The Firm Rath, Young and Pignatelli, P.C. started in 1987 with four attorneys in Concord, New Hampshire. We have grown to 27 attorneys, five government relations specialists, and a professional staff. The firm represents clients in New Hampshire, New England, and across the country in business transactions, litigation, and before government agencies and lawmakers. Our principal office remains in Concord, New Hampshire, but we also have a presence in Manchester and Nashua, New Hampshire, Burlington, Vermont, and the Boston area. The Position and Opportunity The Firm seeks an associate attorney with one to three years of experience to work in the Firm?s growing Energy Practice Group. Our Energy Practice Group focuses on renewable energy projects across the United States. We represent clients with regard to the sale, acquisition and financing of solar, wind, battery storage, landfill gas, hydroelectric and other forms of energy projects and portfolios of projects. We are transactional attorneys with expertise in federal tax incentives, energy regulation, state energy incentives, real estate and title matters, environmental matters and other areas of law impacting renewable energy projects. The candidate would be an integral part of our firm and must be an excellent communicator, both oral and written. We do not expect a candidate to join us already having energy law expertise, but the candidate should be ready to learn and become familiar with technological terms and specialized or technical areas of energy law and function well in a fast-paced environment.
