Job Description

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Miami Office. Only candidates with the required experience, certification & education will be considered. Candidates must possess the following: Designation as a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or Certification as a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) Minimum 5 years' experience in federal court and/or complex business litigation Demonstratable experience in intellectual property law and business litigation This position requires a driven, self-starter and organized individual that can excel in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, ATO, iManage or other case/document management software is required. Proficiency in West Law is preferred. Experienced with drafting federal court documents, preparation and analysis of discovery, and the ability to assist with large document production. Please note that this is an ON-PREMISES position - Remote work is NOT offered. Please do not apply if you do not currently reside in South Florida.
