Job Description

The Minneapolis, MN office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements. At least five (5) years of litigation work experience, trademarks experience a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Strong Excel skills required Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours Lewis Brisbois is not accepting search firm submissions for this position.
