Job Description

Position: Paralegal

As a Paralegal, you will provide support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and organizing case files. Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of statutes and legal cases
Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
Organize and maintain case files and documents
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for court hearings
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Assist with document review and discovery

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research and document management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
