Job Description

Hill Ward Henderson seeks qualified paralegal candidates for their Bankruptcy and Creditor?s Rights/General Litigation Department supporting multiple attorneys. This is an in-office position.

Candidates should have the following:

Description:

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing bankruptcy-related documents.
Gather, review, and organize case-related information and documentation.
Maintain and update case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Draft and review legal documents such as motions and briefs.
Support the discovery process and manage case deadlines.
Stay current on changes in bankruptcy rules and procedures.

Requirements:

Three years' experience in a commercial or civil litigation practice.
Knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules is strongly desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with a Document Management System is a plus.
