Paid Search Specialist

The Paid Search Specialist will have primary responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day operations of MassMedia's paid search department. This individual will be responsible for the paid search campaigns for client(s) that includes but not limited to paid search strategy / recommendations, daily optimizations, and reporting. Will assist in creating a positive team environment and ensure completion of day-to-day paid search activities. This position requires the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity from an individual who is responsible and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with internal stake holders and clients to determine paid search strategy, goals, and budgets
• Create and maintain paid search campaigns for various clients
• Identify and implement paid search campaign optimizations
• Identify and present new opportunities to clients
• Work with internal stake holders on reporting documents to meet all client reporting deliverables that contain paid search campaigns
• Potential to work with internal media teams on other media campaigns that are not limited to display and social (previous experience in other media formats not a necessity)

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of paid search campaign experience
• Google Ad Words certified
• Data understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principles
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail is essential
• Team approach and a positive attitude
• Passionate about marketing and search marketing
• Agency experience a plus
