One of our companies is currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist (contract) in the United States.

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Demand Gen programs. Your role will be crucial in driving lead generation and pipeline growth through effective campaign management. You will monitor account performance, make strategic adjustments, and collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager: Search to ensure that paid search campaigns are aligned with the company's marketing objectives. This contract role offers the flexibility to work remotely for 15-20 hours per week.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to generate leads and drive pipeline growth across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Execute targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Pmax, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel to monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, including AI-powered search and PPC innovations, to improve campaign performance.

Ensure accurate audience targeting, remarketing, keyword strategies, and conversion tracking are implemented

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing paid search programs, preferably in B2B campaigns.
  • Expertise in running campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pmax, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Excel, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing strategies, keyword management, and conversion tracking.
  • Awareness of current trends in PPC, including the impact of AI-powered search.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a direct and clear communication style.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player with a commitment to driving company growth.
