Outside Sales Representative

Rocksolid Granit is in search of a dynamic Outside Sales Representative (Design Consultant) for our Kitchen & Bath Remodels division. In this role, you will be the face of our company as you engage with clients and promote our innovative remodeling solutions. We are the No Demolition, Easy Remodel company that requires no nasty tear out during a remodel. Customers love the way we do remodels allowing them to keep use of their kitchen every night.

Your primary responsibilities will include running pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and understanding their needs to provide tailored remodeling solutions that enhance their spaces. You will leverage your expertise in kitchen and bath design to showcase our products and services, guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation to project completion. This position requires strong communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a deep understanding of the remodeling industry to effectively drive sales and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities

Run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided by the Company.

Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and present remodeling solutions.

Deliver compelling sales presentations that demonstrate the value of our kitchen and bath products.

Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to secure sales deals while in the home on the first visit.

Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the home improvement or remodeling industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven with strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with kitchen and bath design concepts is a plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.

1099 Commission based position - no base salary - paid for performance
