Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager/Sr. Driver with a Class A CDL. We are a premier, stable, family-owned dedicated carrier for FedEx Ground. We are growing and want you to Join Our Team! Primary duties include:

• OPERATIONS & PERSONNELLead andAssist with dispatching assignments and driver communication
• SAFETY & COMPLAINCE -Promote and enforce company safety policies
• MAINTENANCE -Manage tractor maintenance program
• DRIVINGUp to 3 days/week running local FedEx Hub linehaul lanes
• RECRUITING & TRAININGCommunicate and on-board new candidates, administer road tests and train newly hired Class A CDL drivers

Pay:

• Weekly salary AND additional mileage pay for all driving duties
• Total Compensation up to $80,000+ annually

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience preferred
• Valid Class A CDL with a minimum 12 months of tractor trailer experience required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
