Now Hiring: Operations Manager ? Charlotte, NC (On-Site) Location: Charlotte, NC | Type: Full-Time Visa Sponsorship/Relocation: Not available We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead freight forwarding operations at our Charlotte branch. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role managing air, ocean, import/export, and domestic freight. Responsibilities:

Lead daily freight operations and team performance
Ensure compliance with TSA, FMC, and U.S. Customs regulations
Monitor KPIs, service levels, and cost control
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive efficiencies
Oversee P&L and process improvements

Requirements Qualifications:

5+ years in freight forwarding, with 2+ years in operations leadership
Knowledge of international/domestic logistics
Experience with CargoWise, AS400, SAP, or similar systems
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
