Operations Manager for a Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning environment.

Opening in the Bethlehem area.

Role Priorities:

• Management of day to day account operations
• Optimization of labor
• Customer retention
• Implementation of company policies and SOP

Responsibilities:

• Follows company operation standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service.
• Follows company policies in the area of capacity planning, scheduling, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and performance relations.
• Builds a team of key employees capable of carrying out operational growth strategies and improving employee relations.
• Adheres to operational budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Wage: We are a pay-for-performance organization. Starting wages are competitive and we have a full benefit offering depending on your status.

Salary is $55k-$65 depending on experience.

• Current/Valid Drivers License
• Personal Vehicle
• One-year minimum supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consent to a Drug test and Background Check
