Job Description

USA Vein Clinics, Vascular Centers, and Fibroid Centers are looking to add a organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to our team! As an Operations Coordinator , you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day.

This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois!

Responsibilities

Supports the Development Team in the Operations Department
Coordinate physician and employee travel accommodations, company-wide.
Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, required.
Deadline oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
High attention to detail
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to work independently
