What You Will Be Responsible For:

Managing resources and schedules on IK's learning management system

Managing video recordings including YouTube and Vimeo video uploads

Deliver on assigned tasks and projects as seen fit by business

A lot of emailing/calender-ing/spreadsheet-ing

Live class monitoring and support

Customer support

Instructor hiring and management

This Role May Be For You If:

You are very organized and an ambitious hustler, comfortable with night shift. Because that's table stakes.

You fundamentally believe that with proper preparation, human beings can achieve anything they want. Because that is the level of conviction our students and instructors have.

You bounce back from troughs and don't get offended easily. Because that's what we believe distinguishes great people from good ones.

No work is too big or small for you. Because that's what a small organization like us needs.

You're also very internet savvy, with an eye for efficiency. Because we don't have money to waste.

You understand that you're joining the ground floor of a tiny startup, and you'll need to wear many hats.

You get it, that you're not being paid for the hours spent (though those will be many), but you're being paid to make independent thoughtful decisions with integrity and to not make excuses.

You have some office management experience with you. The more the merrier, as long as you are willing to learn new things everyday.
