We're looking for a data-driven, analytically rigorous Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Norcross, GA.

Role Overview:
The Operations Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, driving strategic decisions, and leading continuous improvement projects. In this collaborative role, you will partner directly with our Chief Operations Officer, Head of Cloud Engineering, and Data Engineering team, utilizing advanced data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau and AWS Grafana to generate insights and recommendations that significantly improve the performance and scalability of our distributed service operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance performance dashboards and operational reports using Tableau and AWS Grafana.
• Assist in creating predictive models and analytical tools to improve resource allocation and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service operations, cloud engineering, data engineering, and finance teams to implement data-driven recommendations.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of ERP and other operational systems.
• Contribute to defining and tracking operational KPIs and service-level metrics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS Grafana, Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
