Position Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides one-to-one nursing care to assigned students under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician, supporting the student's health needs to enable safe access to educational services.

• Competitive Compensation:?Earn $25 - $38 per hour based on experience.
• Work Schedule:?School-based schedule aligned with the CCSD academic calendar; hours determined by student assignment. May be considered for Extended School Year (ESY) assignments based on student needs and district approval.

• Deliver direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned students
• Assist with health monitoring, treatments, and medication administration
• Observe and document student condition and report changes to the supervising RN
• Support implementation of individualized healthcare plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
• Comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality standards
• Follow district, school, and agency policies and procedures
• Collaborate with school staff and special education teams

• Job qualifications & certifications:
• Current, unencumbered Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
