Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Manage scheduling and oversee staff assignments to maintain productivity.
  • Support sales efforts by collaborating with the team to achieve goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in scheduling and team oversight.
  • Sales experience in any industry (preferred).
  • Insurance experience (a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
