As the backbone of our daily operations, you'll coordinate schedules, manage communications, and provide critical administrative support to our team of skilled craftsmen.

• Oversee daily office operations to maintain a smooth workflow
• Schedule appointments and assign craftsmen for jobs
• Maintain accurate client files and job documentation
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Review project scopes and provide cost estimates
• Source pricing for materials and labor
• Prepare and present client estimates and proposals
• Track project budgets, costs, and change orders

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage office workflows and administrative tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in estimating or budgeting is a plus

• Background in home repairs or a related field
• Experience in customer service
